As a Front Office Manager, you will

· Manage the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered

· Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue

· Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments

· Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction

· Maintain a positive working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient operations

· Ensure appropriate training for all team members, prepare work schedules, and compile feedback reports accordingly

· Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing employee standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture

· Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training

· Be aware and able to enforce all health and safety procedures

Entry Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

· Proven, at least, 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry

· Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

· Additional language knowledge would be considering an extra asset

· Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM

· Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Strong customer service orientation
