Now, we're looking for a Junior QA Engineer. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will to conduct manual testing across mobile and back-office apps, create test cases, validate APIs and user flows, track defects, and ensure cross-platform quality.

Responsibilities:

• Software Test Execution: Conduct manual functional, UI/UX, exploratory, and regression testing across mobile apps (iOS & Android), and back-office applications.
• End-to-End Validation: Verify complete user flows and data synchronization across the entire application ecosystem, ensuring systems talk to each other correctly.
• Test Case Creation: Write, organize, and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance checklists based on product requirements.
• Defect Reporting & Tracking: Log detailed, reproducible bug reports in Jira (or similar tracking tools) including step-by-step instructions, screenshots, video recordings, system logs, and expected vs. actual behavior.
• API & Data Verification: Inspect API requests and responses using tools like Postman
• Cross-Platform Compatibility: Test applications across different operating systems, devices, screen resolutions, and web browsers to ensure consistent performance.
• Agile Team Collaboration: Participate actively in daily standups, sprint planning, and feature refinements to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and advocate for quality early on.

Requirements

• Has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fiel d

• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and fundamental QA methodologies.
• Solid grasp of core testing principles, manual test execution, and test design techniques (e.g., boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning).
• Ability to create, maintain, and execute structured test cases, test scenarios, and regression checklists from business requirements.
• Strong observational skills to identify edge cases, usability flaws, and functional discrepancies.
• Proven ability to write clear, actionable defect reports with precise step-by- step reproduction steps.
• High attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies, testing frameworks, and QA best practices.
