Now, we're looking for an Onboarding Associate. The Driver Onboarding Associate will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from growing the fleet by acquiring and onboarding new drivers and seamless driver verification and activation
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers)
- Monitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points)
- Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations
- Report acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Lead
- Check and verify driver documents (license, insurance, background checks)
- Process new driver applications and update onboarding tracker
- Ensure drivers meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Manage PA/CPC xaapplication process
- Flag non-compliant applications or escalate incomplete verifications.
- Send reminders or nudges to applicants who are stuck in onboarding steps
- Track onboarding status and reduce drop-off rate
- Maintain database of onboarded drivers
- Monitor onboarding funnel metrics (conversion rate, time-to-activation).
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant course.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or candidate/vendor onboarding.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and process mapping/documentation.
