Η εταιρεία ANKER SHIPPING S.A. αναζητά υπάλληλο για άμεση πρόσληψη για γραμματειακή υποστήριξη – administration στα γραφεία της στο Νέο Ψυχικό (πλησίον μετρό Χολαργού).

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Γραμματειακή και διοικητική υποστήριξη της εταιρείας.
  • Οργάνωση, διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων και αρχείων.
  • Οργάνωση ταξιδιών πληρώματος και συνεργατών.
  • Παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων και προθεσμιών.
  • Επικοινωνία με επίσημους φορείς για τη διεκπεραίωση υποθέσεων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε Crewing.
  • Εμπειρία σε γραμματειακή υποστήριξη ISM (όχι DPA).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Παροχές:

Ωράριο: Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή 09:00 – 17:00
