Procurement Assistant

Requisitos :

  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Comercio, Administración o afín.
  • 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en Procurement, Compras o gestión de proveedores.
  • Experiencia trabajando con volúmenes altos de información y operaciones simultáneas.
  • Manejo de Excel; deseable experiencia con SAP u otros ERP.
  • Organización, sentido de urgencia, capacidad analítica y orientación a soluciones.

Actividades:

  • Gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra y solicitudes de gastos.
  • Alta, actualización y seguimiento de proveedores.
  • Seguimiento de tickets, correos electrónicos y solicitudes de diferentes departamentos.
  • Actualización y control de archivos y registros administrativos.
  • Apoyo en actividades administrativas relacionadas con el área de Compras y Procurement.
