Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product owner, product management, technical program management, engineering, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience owning prioritization decisions for complex engineering organizations supporting multiple workstreams and competing business priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in technically complex environments involving distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, AI-powered services, platform engineering, or reliability engineering.
  • Proven experience managing backlogs that include feature delivery, platform investments, technical debt reduction, and reliability engineering work.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, microservices, data flows, and software delivery practices.
  • Experience partnering with engineering managers, architects, and technical leads to balance roadmap objectives with platform sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
