AI Product Builder

We are an early-stage startup building a new AI-powered product from the ground up. We are not looking for someone to execute a predefined roadmap. We are looking for a builder. Someone who is excited by ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and eager to help shape both the product and the business behind it.

This role is for a person who wants to create something meaningful from scratch, challenge assumptions, test ideas, and turn opportunities into real products. We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of business, product, and AI. Someone who can spot opportunities, shape a vision, and leverage modern AI tools to rapidly transform ideas into working solutions.

What You'll Do

• Co-create the product vision and strategy alongside the founders.
• Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs.
• Generate, prioritize, and test product ideas.
• Translate business opportunities into tangible products and user experiences.
• Rapidly turn ideas into MVPs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts using modern AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms.
• Use AI to experiment, validate assumptions, and accelerate product development.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team developing AI-based capabilities.
• Help shape the go-to-market approach and product positioning.
• Drive product discovery and continuous iteration based on user feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than simply execute.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, unstructured environment.
• Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other Generative AI solutions.
• A builder's mentality. You enjoy creating, testing, and refining ideas rather than waiting for detailed requirements.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to create prototypes, workflows, automations, or early-stage products.
• You do not need to be a software engineer or write production-grade code, but you should be excited about using AI to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Previous founder, co-founder, or entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience launching new digital products or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms.
• Experience taking products from idea stage to market launch.
