Order Management Specialist with German- mid/senior
Responsibilities:
Coordinate new customer onboarding, including vendor registration, documentation, and customer relationship management.
Manage customer-specific product listings and ensure accurate product data and compliance with retailer requirements.
Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring orders meet customer requirements. Support and train the China-based Customer Service Representative (CSR) team on customer-specific procedures.
Collaborate with Sales teams and customers to coordinate replenishment plans, stock availability, and inventory allocation.
Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and customers to resolve shipping and fulfillment issues, coordinating value-added services such as co-packing, labeling, palletizing, and display assembly.
Ensure accurate invoicing and compliant documentation in line with customer and country-specific requirements.
Monitor payment statuses, support accounts receivable reconciliation, and assist in resolving billing disputes.
Identify operational challenges, improve processes, and respond to customer inquiries while providing administrative and operational support to the team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer Operations in a B2B environment.
Understanding of order processing, logistics coordination, and customer requirements.
Experience in FMCG, the toy industry, or working with major retailers is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Languages:Fluency in English &German is essential.
