Позиция C-level, прямое подчинение CEO, в подчинении команда из 5 человек (2 специалиста HRSS, 2 рекрутера, 1 HR-generalist).

Ключевые обязанности:

  • Организация и контроль процесса подбора персонала по всей компании
  • Организация корпоративных мероприятий
  • Ведение кадрового делопроизводства
  • Разработка, отслеживание и управление HR-метриками и отчетностью
  • Стратегическое партнерство с CEO и взаимодействие с руководителями других функций

Требования:

  • Подтвержденный опыт на руководящей HR-позиции (HRD или эквивалент), желательно в производственной, FMCG или смежной отрасли
  • Опыт в подборе персонала, кадровом делопроизводстве, HR-аналитике/метриках
  • Опыт управления командой
  • Хорошее знание трудового законодательства Узбекистана
  • Готовность работать в Самарканде
