Ищем Scrum Master, который поможет команде выстроить эффективную работу по Scrum, развивать самоорганизацию и улучшать командные процессы.

Что предстоит делать:

  • Проводить Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective и Backlog Refinement;
  • Обучать команду Scrum и Agile-практикам;
  • Проводить онбординг новых участников;
  • Выявлять и устранять процессные проблемы и блокеры;
  • Помогать команде самостоятельно решать возникающие препятствия;
  • Эскалировать системные проблемы на уровень кластера;
  • Работать с метриками: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Velocity, Predictability, Defect Leakage;
  • Анализировать эффективность процессов и предоставлять отчётность.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы Scrum Master или Project Manager от 1 года;
  • Свободный русский и узбекский языки;
  • Опыт внедрения изменений и новых процессов в командах;
  • Практический опыт работы с Agile-метриками;
  • Сильные навыки фасилитации и конфликт-менеджмента;
  • Умение аргументированно взаимодействовать со стейкхолдерами.

Будет плюсом:

PSM I / PSM II или аналогичная сертификация, технический бэкграунд, опыт в финтехе или банковском ПО, знание Jira / GitLab / Redmine, BI-инструментов и понимание CI/CD.
