Cybersecurity Service Resilience Splunk ITSI Engineer

Work model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in office - Kraków

Global Cybersecurity Technology and Engineering function is responsible for Build, Deploy, Engineer of all technologies that protects the company. This ensures that the highest standards of availability and security are maintained across all Cybersecurity tooling and that the function will maintain capability.

Role purpose

We're hiring hands-on engineer to deliver observability solutions and help Cyber teams adopt Chief Technology Office -provided tooling and technologies. This role is development-focused: you'll write code or queries, onboard systems into the observability platforms, develop features and partner with stakeholders globally to implement observability solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Splunk ITSI solutions, ensuring reliable monitoring and automation actions.

• Deploy solutions within Splunk itself, or via dedicated pipelines (GitHub + Jenkins).

• Work closely with CTO tool teams to identify gaps, clarify benefits for Cyber stakeholders, and support adoption through integration and enablement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders globally to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements leveraging CTO platforms and tools.

What you'll bring (Essential)

• Strong hands-on experience developing solutions in Splunk - data onboarding, queries, dashboards, scheduled tasks and searches, apps & add-ons and others related.

• Preferably experience working with Splunk ITSI product - working with services, entities, KPIs, episodes and other ITSI features

• Scripting knowledge with Python, Bash, PowerShell and/or others.

• Ability to work across teams to deliver observability solutions end-to-end (requirements → data onboard → use cases onboard).

• Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams across time zones.

• Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.
