About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global technology team responsible for designing and delivering modern, scalable solutions supporting customer lifecycle and digital business processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define end-to-end solution architectures aligned with strategic technology objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies, including Cloud, Microservices, DevSecOps, AI, and Machine Learning, while shaping enterprise-scale solutions in a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to evaluate solution options and define target architecture.
Produce architecture documentation and technical designs to support implementation.
Guide development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions based on architectural best practices.
Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions and define API integration strategies.
Ensure solution designs meet security, scalability, resilience, and performance requirements.
Support the software delivery lifecycle from solution design through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
Contribute to resolving complex production issues and identifying opportunities for continuous architectural improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or in a similar architecture-focused role.
Strong knowledge of application architecture, security principles, and infrastructure design patterns.
Solid experience designing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong understanding of containerization technologies and CI/CD or DevSecOps practices.
Excellent knowledge of Java and good understanding of modern frontend technologies, preferably React.
Experience with relational databases, data modelling, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience creating architecture documentation using tools such as Visual Paradigm, BizzDesign, or similar.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Customer Lifecycle Management processes.
Exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
Understanding of network and infrastructure security concepts.
Experience working with distributed, global delivery teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
