Associate Business Solution Consultant

We are looking for an Associate Business Solution Consultant to join our Service team and help enterprise clients turn business needs into practical solutions using Antsomi’s customer technology ecosystem, including Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Automation, Loyalty, Ecommerce.

You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand customer requirements, design customer journeys and use cases, support solution configuration and implementation, and help clients successfully adopt Antsomi’s solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in Business Analysis, CRM, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Loyalty, MarTech, or SaaS implementation who wants to develop a career in Solution Consulting.

• Participate in customer discovery and requirement-gathering workshops to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Document business requirements and translate them into clear use cases, process flows, customer journeys, and functional requirements.
• Support Business Solution Consultants in designing solutions using Antsomi’s ecosystem, including CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty, Ecommerce, and Gamification.
• Configure and validate standard business use cases on Antsomi platforms under guidance from senior consultants.
• Support key implementation activities including solution validation, UAT, user training, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Perform basic validation of customer data, business rules, customer journeys, segments, campaigns, and platform configurations.
• Work with Technical Solution Consultants, Data Services, Platform Operations, Product, and Technology teams to clarify requirements and resolve implementation issues.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, solution documents, user guides, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
• Monitor assigned tasks and customer requirements to ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Support the tracking of solution adoption and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Continuously build knowledge across Antsomi products, customer engagement use cases, and industry best practices.
• Gradually take ownership of standard use cases and smaller customer projects as your consulting capabilities develop.

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Loyalty, Customer Engagement, MarTech, SaaS Implementation, or a related field.
• Good analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear processes or functional requirements.
• Basic understanding of at least one of the following areas:
  • CRM / Customer Data Platform
  • Digital Marketing / Marketing Automation
  • Customer Journey & Engagement
  • Loyalty & Rewards
  • Ecommerce
• Comfortable working with technology, data, and digital platforms.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
• Good English communication skills for meetings, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong willingness to learn new products, technologies, and business domains.

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, or similar CRM, CDP, MarTech, Loyalty, or Ecommerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, event tracking, or system integrations.
• Experience creating customer journeys, segmentation, campaigns, loyalty programs, or Ecommerce use cases.
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers.
• Experience in industries such as Retail, F&B, Ecommerce, FMCG.
• Familiarity with tools for process mapping, requirements management, analytics, or project collaboration.
