Senior Analyst, Trade Processing - Permanent

Apex Group Ltd has an immediate requirement for Senior Analyst, Trade Processing.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled personnel to ensure efficient transaction processing and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The candidate should have significant experience in working with Fund accounting systems (Geneva/Paxus). The candidate should be able to leverage his/her technical capabilities and knowledge of the accounting platform to design and deliver practical solutions. Resolving client issues, handling trade-related queries and identifying improvement opportunities are central to this role. In addition to this, the candidate would also drive change management technology projects important for the business.

Functional/ Business Expertise Required:

• Integrate client trade files into the conversant system: design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements.
• Testing and troubleshooting integrations and technical configurations.
• Ensure that transactions are processed within the terms of the service level agreement while maintaining a high standard of service to our client.
• Ensure operationalguidelinesareupdated& adhereto standards,procedures& alsoidentifyplanto mitigate risks wherever thereisacontrolissue.
• Ability tocontributetowardscriticalprojectsforproductenhancementsandefficiencygains.
• Handsonexperienceinworkingonany ETL tools is mandatory.
• Strong command of SQL, VBA and Advance Excel.
• Liaisingwithclient service managers,productmanagementandbusinessintegration specialiststo understandbusinessrequirements.
• Detail oriented for reconciliations and break resolutions.
• Self-starterwitha quicklearningability,possessingstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills, and presentation.
• Knowledge of project management basics.
• Deepknowledgeoffinancialinstruments,bothlisted andunlisted or OTCs, whichincludesand notlimitedto derivatives,illiquidstocks,privateequity,bank-debtsandswaps.
• Understandingofthefundsadministrationindustryisnecessary.
• Should have knowledge of market data provider applications (Bloomberg, Refinitiv etc.).
• Proficiencyinanaccountingsystem,preferablyAdventGeneva or Paxus would be added advantage.
• Anabilitytoworkunderpressurewithchangingpriorities.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
