You’ll be responsible for:

• Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
• Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
• Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
• Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth
• Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

• Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience with a strong customer focus
• Leadership experience preferred but not essential
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists may also be considered)
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
• Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• An energetic, positive and motivated approach to leadership
