主要职责

• 支持客户订单、报价、退货及保修业务的日常运营管理
• 跟踪订单执行和交付进度，协调供应链、物流、计划、财务等团队解决运营问题
• 协助关键订单及紧急需求的跟进与升级处理
• 与全球跨职能团队合作，满足客户需求并提升客户满意度
• 按照公司政策和业务流程要求完成相关工作
• 积极参与团队目标达成及持续改善项目
• 参与SAP等企业系统应用、业务流程改进及系统测试项目

岗位要求

• 本科及硕士学历，供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先
• 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力
• 优秀的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件
• 对订单管理、客户服务、供应链运营务领域有浓厚兴趣
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
• 学习能力强，能够适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境
• 有SAP、ERP系统相关学习或实习经验者优先
