Aprio Colombia - Tax Support Specialist, Engagement Letters

Join Aprio's Tax Operations team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Tax Support Specialist, Engagement Letters to join their dynamic team.

As a Tax Support Specialist on our Engagement Letter Team, you will provide national engagement letter support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience and quality control. You will interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.

Position Responsibiltiies

• Prepare, generate and deliver tax engagement letters using firm approved templates, client data and workflows
• Review engagement letter information for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with tax professionals, administrators and operations team members to resolve missing information and ensure timely delivery
• Track engagement letter status and follow up on outstanding items
• Clean up, validate and maintain engagement letter across applications
• Assist Tax Operations Team with data projects
• Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information

Requirements

• Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as needed
• Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
