The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a key member of the client service team, responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients, advisors, and internal partners. The CSA manages a diverse client base, oversees account administration, and ensures the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The CSA acts as a trusted resource, facilitating seamless client experiences and supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other team members across the firm.
- Full awareness of assigned client base - who they are, any special needs they might have, ongoing tasks for each client relationship, etc.
- Serve as the primary owner of client requests-engaging directly with clients to fully understand needs; coordinating execution across internal and external partners; tracking progress through completion; and proactively communicating status updates and outcomes to all appropriate parties.
- Communicate effectively with advisors and internal teams regarding open tasks, client needs, etc., in order to ensure we are meeting clients’ expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on client account activity. Monitor for issues and escalate accordingly.
- Partner with custodians and internal service teams to resolve operational issues efficiently, ensuring minimal client impact and timely communication throughout resolution.
- Maintain understanding of investment approach and how it intersects with the client process and experience.
- Own the accuracy and completeness of client data in the CRM for the assigned client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of directly related industry experience (preferred); experience in financial planning and/or the securities industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and document management software is a plus.
- Robust multi-tasking with ability to work with frequent interruptions required
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, HubSpot and Schwab
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
