• Concevoir des applications LLM de bout en bout, du besoin métier à la mise en production.

• Construire et opérer les pipelines de retrieval, d’indexation, d’embeddings et d’évaluation.

• Concevoir et orchestrer des agents et workflows multi-agents, avec garde-fous et politiques d’usage.

• Définir les stratégies d’évaluation : qualité des réponses, sécurité, robustesse et parcours utilisateurs.

• Mettre en place les métriques, le monitoring et les pratiques GenAIOps.

• Sécuriser, déployer et intégrer les applications IA dans les processus et outils métiers.

• Collaborer avec les métiers pour identifier et prioriser les cas d’usage à forte valeur.

Profil recherché

COMPÉTENCES ATTENDUES

• Python et développement d’applications cloud-native, avec Django ou équivalent.

• Azure OpenAI, recherche sémantique et extraction documentaire/OCR.

• LangGraph, LlamaIndex ou framework d’orchestration équivalent.

• Bases vectorielles, indexation et pipelines d’évaluation.

• CI/CD, observabilité et déploiement Kubernetes/AKS.

• Sécurité LLM : prompt injection, protection des données, contrôle d’accès et gestion des secrets.

ATOUTS COMPLÉMENTAIRES

• Expérience de solutions GenAI réellement mises en production.

• Certification Azure AI ou équivalent appréciée
