Senior IT Support [Urgent]

1.Plan and define short-term and long-term IT strategies (IT Roadmap) in alignment with the company's vision.2.Lead the organization's Digital Transformation and apply new technologies to enhance competitive advantage.3.Oversee all infrastructure systems such as Network, Server, Cloud, Database, and Telecommunications to ensure High Availability.4.Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of core enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, or company-specific systems.5.Establish IT Security Policies and standards to prevent data leaks or cyber attacks.6.Develop and rehearse emergency response and system recovery plans (Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery Plan - BCP/DRP).7.Ensure IT systems comply with laws and regulations such as PDPA or ISO 27001.8.Prepare and control the annual IT department budget, covering both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX) for maximum cost-effectiveness.9.Manage and negotiate with external service providers (Vendors / Outsource) to obtain services according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.10.Lead, motivate, evaluate performance, and develop the potential of IT team members.11.Coordinate with C-Level management and communicate technical matters simply to executives and other departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
At least 5 years of experience at the Management Level, overseeing medium to large-sized IT teams.
Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Business Acumen: Understand business processes and be able to use IT to solve problems or generate revenue for the organization.
High leadership qualities, excellent Presentation Skills, and excellent English communication skills.
Good Critical Thinking skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
