Role Summary :
ARA's Client is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable backend components and microservices using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
- Implement real-time features and asynchronous processing with WebSockets and Redis.
- Lead the backend development team by delegating tasks and coordinating efforts.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Collaborate with data engineers and frontend developers to gather requirements.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of complex issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

Must-Have Qualifications :
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Python backend development.
