Tech stack of Arabelle Solutions
Le/la Technicien(ne) méthodes est responsable de l’industrialisation des process techniques de réalisation en usine des différents produits, de l’établissement de la documentation technique associée et sa gestion.

Préparation des activités

  • Apporter le support technique aux équipes bureau d’études produit pendant la phase étude afin d’intégrer la faisabilité en termes de réalisation, de montage tout en prenant en considération les aspects Sécurité, qualité et coûts.
  • Analyser les besoins et réalisation des demandes d’outillages
  • Supporter l’équipe Industrialisation pour gérer les qualification process
  • Rédiger les process (ex : Manufacturing Process Plan)
  • Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges outillages, process et équipement
  • Exprimer le besoin en production ou achat dans ERP
  • Etablir les gammes de fabrication dans ERP
  • Rédiger les instructions de fabrication et utilisation des outillages et machines en assurant un respect des règles EHS en vigueur
  • Etablir les programmes d'usinage pour la fabrication des bobines rotor

Suivi à l’atelier des opérations préparées

  • Apporter un support/ suivi aux ateliers ou usines pour les opérations préparées
  • Analyser les non-conformités, définir les solutions et prendre la décision en lien avec les interlocuteurs internes concernés

Retour d’expérience

  • Participer et initier au retour d’expérience technique et les actions d’amélioration continue
  • Fournir des chiffrages ou données au service offre

Compétences professionnelles spécifiques

  • Diplôme de technicien en mécanique, informatique, électronique ou industrialisation
  • Connaissances générales scientifiques ou technologiques de l’alternateur
  • Maitrise de la communication orale et écrite (Français et Anglais) est un plus
  • Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse d’informations techniques complexes
  • Capacités dans la résolution de problèmes techniques
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques
  • Maitrise de CATIA
  • Programmation de commande numérique
