We are currently recruiting for a Barista to join our team at North East Scotland College, Aberdeen, AB25 1BN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and customer-focused individual to work within a busy college environment, preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and maintaining beverage stations
- Ensuring coffee machines and equipment are cleaned and maintained
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout service areas
- Following food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider catering team during busy service periods
About you
- Previous Barista or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and organised approach to work
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation
Important Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) clearance prior to commencing employment.
