We are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our
team in Bolton, BL5 1EE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to
become part of a professional kitchen team, delivering high-quality food while
maintaining exceptional food safety and service standards.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food to specification
- Supporting safe and efficient food production across all services
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen
compliance
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Supporting stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation
- Assisting with kitchen cleanliness and due diligence requirements
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie or senior chef role
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent culinary qualification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Excellent understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Organised, reliable, and passionate about food
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Successful candidates will be required to complete client security vetting and
a DBS check prior to commencing employment.
