Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership: Safeguard and implement the technical architecture strategy for the application, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Drive architectural decisions and actively contribute to the codebase, setting a standard for technical excellence.
• Development and issue resolution: Design and implement complex user stories, perform root cause analysis for bugs and incidents, and lead the resolution of critical issues to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Quality and coaching: Oversee testing processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables through best practices in code quality and testing. Role description
• Mentor and coach team members to foster technical growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Master of Technology (MTech): Preferred or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Computer Science, Information Technology, or related circuit branches
• Experience 6-10 years of experience (excluding education) in the technology industry.
• Autonomously developing software in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Taking ownership of the application in full autonomy (also on guard duty).
• Mentoring team members and guarding technical architecture and code quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player with strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, be fully accountable, and collaborate within and across teams.
• Stress resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of and experience with design patterns (e. g., event-driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices).
• Microsoft Azure Stack (. NET in Azure cloud - setting up, configuring, and using Docker and Kubernetes).
• NET Core, SQL Server / Entity Framework / LINQ, Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ), JSON, XML, and REST web services, Infrastructure as Code, Visual Studio, GIT, Angular 5.0+, HTML5 and Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experience with Supply Chain projects in the manufacturing industry.
