NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- One to three years of experience in coordination, administration, event planning, learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and consistently follow through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while keeping team members informed of progress and potential issues.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting learning and development, human resources, training programs, or corporate events.
- Experience with a learning management system or training administration platform.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, invoices, travel, or event logistics.
- Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools, checklists, templates, or standard operating procedures.
- Experience supporting programs across multiple offices or locations.
