Personnel Operations & Payroll Partner

Location: Head Office - Third Settlement, New Cairo

We are looking for an experienced Personnel & Payroll Partner to join our HR team. This role will manage the day-to-day management of payroll, personnel, rewards, and government relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage all personnel activities, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Handle social insurance, labor office procedures, and all government relations activities.
• Administer employee rewards and benefits while supporting compensation-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Prepare payroll, personnel, and HR reports as required.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, personnel, and HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, and HR Operations.
• Proven experience in Rewards & Compensation, Personnel Administration, and Government Relations.

• Previous HR experience supporting warehouse, factory, or logistics operations is a must.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
