Principal Product Manager - AI

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling enterprise-grade products, driving cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience in launching or scaling AI-powered products/platforms is highly preferred, particularly products that leverage AI for workflow automation, predictive intelligence, decision-making, optimisation, or operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product lines.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Lead product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices across the organisation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• At least 3+ years in B2B SaaS product companies.
• Strong experience owning products from concept to launch and scale.
• Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience defining product metrics and driving business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI/ML-enabled products at scale.
• Exposure to data products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise software.
• MBA or an engineering background preferred.
• Experience working with high-growth startups or product-led organisations.
