What You'll Do
- Assist in shaping, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for slot machine assembly.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Assist continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality components and materials.
- Analyze production data and contribute to process optimization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with ergonomic assessments of manufacturing processes, workstations, and equipment.
- Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation by updating manufacturing documentation and processes.
- Assist with engineering simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to support product and process improvements.
- Provide technical support to production staff and help develop work instructions and training materials.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in the gaming or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and manufacturing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
