About us :Since 1992, Ariya Group has provided accounting and tax services mainly to foreign companies in Thailand. We are developing our own accounting system (PHP/Laravel) and improving a payroll system (VB.NET / SQL Server) enough to take on 'AI-Native' competitors .AI is advancing so fast that human verification can hardly keep up. It has disproved the Erdős unit distance conjecture and claims to have solved the Navier–Stokes equations, taking on one hard mathematical problem after another. In an era where AI-native companies are gaining the advantage in every field, we are rethinking from the ground up what software is truly needed. We are looking for team members to build it with us, working directly with experts in Thai tax and accounting.Who we are looking for :No experience with accounting software is required. In fact, we welcome people without preconceptions. AI can now handle much of the detailed programming. However, to get the best answer from AI, you must be able to write prompts that contain exactly the necessary and sufficient conditions. We value:• Good character: you work honestly and cooperate well with others• The ability to listen carefully, think for yourself, and explain things again in your own words• The honesty to notice what you do not understand, and to admit it• The care to confirm before you build, instead of moving ahead on your own assumptions• A desire to learn new fields: tax, accounting and labour lawWhat you will do :• Understand the software now under development and write specifications for it• Build programs with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and verify the results yourself• Test that the results match the expected figures• Improve and maintain the accounting and payroll systemsWhat we offer• Monthly salary: THB 40,000–60,000 (negotiable based on ability)• Performance incentive of 20–30% of monthly salary, based on a monthly evaluation (variable)• Evaluation at the end of the probation period (119 days), with a salary increase considered• Bonus / Social Security / Provident Fund / Annual leave• The chance to learn Thai tax and accounting directly from leading expertsSelection process1. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related field (new graduates and those with little work experience are welcome; 0–4 years of experience as a guide)
Basic knowledge of programming and databases (SQL)
Ability to read and understand documents in English
Native or fluent Thai
Experience with PHP/Laravel or VB.NET is preferred.
Experience with AI development tools is preferred.
