Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs Engineering Adhesives mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik im EMEA-Raum
  • Akquisition, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten bei OEMs, Brand Owner und Key Accounts
  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie aktive Neukundenakquise
  • Umsetzung von Markt- und Preisstrategien zur Neukundenakquise
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Technical Support und Customer Service
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
  • Vorantreiben des Verkaufs neuer Produkte sowie Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an die Produktentwicklung
  • Kundenbesuchen zur Pflege von bestehenden und Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen
  • Überwachen für Umsatzentwicklung, Marge, Forecasts und Budgetplanung
  • Dokumentation von Kunden- und Projektdaten in Salesforce

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb
  • Technisches Verständnis von Klebstoffen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative- und verantwortung, Ergebnisorientierung und unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln.
  • Reisebereitschaft mit einem Anteil von etwa 40 bis 60 %
