Location: Cologne, Hamburg (Hybrid)

Working hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Would you like to gain insight into the inner workings of a modern sales organization and learn how efficient processes drive sales success? Are you interested in CRM systems, data analytics, and the optimization of sales processes?

Then join Aareon's Sales Operations team. You will gain valuable exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of sales management, work with modern CRM and reporting tools, and actively contribute to improving our sales organization through data-driven insights and process optimization. You can choose where you work: from our Cologne office or our Hamburg office.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, maintenance, and optimization of sales data within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)

• Create and prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support sales performance management

• Assist in optimizing and documenting sales processes

• Contribute to maintaining data quality and ensuring the accuracy of customer and sales data

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Interested in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage, but not required

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and an effective communicator

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
