The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to take the next step in their career, develop their leadership skills and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team to ensure daily operational tasks are completed to LHR501 standards
- Coordinate general warehouse activities (cycle counts, on hand, receiving etc.
- Utilize Fusion to monitor activity, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
- Ensure all processes are followed in line with our standardized procedures and customer requirements.
- Support team development through training and performance management.
- Investigate operational issues, resolve discrepancies and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Promote a positive working environment focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

- A good understanding of all aspects within fusion.
- A proactive approach to operational challenges and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work under pressure, delegate tasks and priorities based on importance/ deadlines.
