Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer (Azure) to join a large-scale public sector digital programme in Singapore. You will work within a multi-disciplinary delivery team building and running mission-critical public-facing systems on Azure.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
Perform data modelling and quality management
Integrate multiple data sources
Support analytics and reporting

What you will bring

Minimum 5 years in data platforms; projects of 1,000+ man-days; technical-lead experience
SQL
Python
Azure Data Factory/Synapse/Data Lake
Spark
ETL/ELT tools
Data modelling
Basic Power BI
Git
CI/CD

Qualifications & certifications

Degree/Diploma in CS, Data Science or related
Azure Data Engineer certifications preferred

Work arrangement

Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
Working days: Monday to Friday
The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
