Asana (NYSE: ASAN) is a leading SaaS work management platform headquartered in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2008 by former Facebook executives Dustin Moskovitz and Justin Rosenstein, the company was built to eliminate "work about work" by giving teams a unified system of record for goals, projects, and daily workflows. Powered by its proprietary Work Graph data model, Asana offers cross-functional project tracking, portfolio management, automated workflows, enterprise governance, and AI-driven workflow copilots.

As a Customer Enablement Manager, you will help enterprise customers design, launch, and adopt better ways of working with Asana. You will own a portfolio of customers, leading discovery, workflow consultation, strategic enablement, and scaled education to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role also includes project-based implementation work, partnering directly with customers to design, configure, test, and launch workflows. Across both enablement and implementation engagements, you will help customers translate Asana and AI capabilities into practical ways of working that create lasting value.

This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

Partner with CSMs and account teams to connect enablement activities to clear customer objectives and adoption outcomes.

  • Lead Project-Based Implementations: Flex into structured implementation engagements based on customer and business needs. Manage projects from discovery and implementation planning through workflow configuration, testing, launch, and handoff while keeping stakeholders aligned to milestones, responsibilities, and desired outcomes.

  • Drive Workflow and AI Adoption: Help customers adopt new ways of working, including AI-enabled workflows, by translating Asana capabilities into practical use cases. Guide customers through the process and behavior changes required to successfully embed new workflows into their organization.

  • Deliver Strategic Enablement: Facilitate workflow consultations, workshops, training programs, and scalable learning experiences for audiences ranging from end users and workflow owners to champions and business leaders.
