About Ascella Group
Ascella Group is a multi-vertical company operating across cybersecurity, software development, staffing, sales enablement, and brand strategy. We work across our own brands and client projects, building digital experiences and brand communications.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Design Intern to join our team and contribute to our website, social media, presentations, and other digital design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives and visual content for Ascella Group and its brands.
- Work on website graphics, visual layouts, and design improvements for [ascella.group](https://ascella.group).
- Create graphics for presentations, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms and communication channels.
- Collaborate with the team to translate ideas and briefs into effective visual designs.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver design work within agreed timelines.
- Work under the guidance of a senior designer and contribute to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- A good eye for detail and a strong sense of visual design.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve design skills.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills, academic work, personal projects, or previous experience.
- Full-day availability and commitment for the entire six-month internship.
Internship Details
- Duration: Six months.
- Stipend: 5,000 per month.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, plus the first, third, and fifth Saturdays where applicable.
- Weekly offs: Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays.
- Joining date: 2 November 2026.
- Career opportunity: Conversion to a full-time position is intended, subject to performance and business requirements.
