Job Description:
Role: Account Manager
Location: Vadodara/ Bangalore
We are seeking an impact-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success. In this role, you will balance relationship management with revenue expansion to drive business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Client Relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters.
- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews to monitor client health.
- Drive Revenue Expansion
- Own account renewals to minimize client churn.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual net-revenue goals.
- Collaborate Across Internal Teams
- Partner with Practice, Delivery, and support teams
- Oversee onboarding processes for new clients to ensure early success.
- Track Performance and Report
- Forecast and track key account metrics and revenue indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal and external leadership
