About the Role:

Job Title: Senior Associate - HRBP

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do

· Partner with business leaders and managers to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

· Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives across assigned business units.

· Act as a trusted HR advisor by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and people-related matters.

· Drive employee engagement initiatives by understanding employee sentiment, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment.

· Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, training needs, and development opportunities for employees.

· Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other HR teams to deliver seamless people solutions.

· Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.

· Analyze HR metrics and people data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.

· Lead and contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives across areas such as employee lifecycle, engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, employment practices, and applicable labor regulations while maintaining a high standard of employee experience.

What You'll Need

· 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a global IT or technology services environment.

· MBA or Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources.

· Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

· Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and business leaders.

· High level of ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

· Experience working with HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint is preferred.
