Senior Visual Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions align with brand guidelines, enhance user experience, and meet business objectives.

Extensive experience in System Design
End to End enterprise Product Design for a B2B Client.
10+ years of experience in product, interaction,- with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and thoughtful interaction thinking.
Mastery of Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping) and a strong command of
Expert at illustrative capabilities, such as iconography and digital illustrations)
A clear, defensible design point of view - you can articulate why something works, not just that it does
Experience designing complex flows across multiple surfaces (desktop, mobile, web)
Strong systems thinking - you design components with reuse in mind and can spot when a one-off needs to become a pattern
Comfortable navigating ambiguity - you can define the problem, not just execute the brief
A collaborative instinct with the ability to hold your ground when the design rationale is sound
Experience contributing to or building a design system
Enterprise Product Design Expertise - Proven experience in end-to-end product design, enterprise-scale solutioning, and UX SaaS delivery models.
Strategic Client Engagement - Strong client-facing skills with exposure to workshops, storytelling, POVs, concept pitches, and prototyping.
Consulting & Systems Thinking Mindset - Strategic thinker with an ownership mindset, capable of driving ambiguity, influencing decisions, and shaping outcomes beyond execution.
