Job Title: Sales Representative (HoReCa)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven On-Trade Executive to drive sales and increase brand visibility across the on-trade channel in Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other relevant outlets, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets within the on-trade channel and designated territory.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other relevant outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to build relationships, generate orders, and strengthen customer engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, purchasing officers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective product placement, brand visibility, and availability across assigned outlets.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Negotiate sales agreements and promotional opportunities in line with company policies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, update customer records, and provide feedback on market activities.
• Coordinate promotional activities and brand activations to improve product awareness and sales.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and other sales-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the on-trade, hospitality, beverage, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, or similar establishments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and selling skills.
• Ability to prospect for new customers, manage an assigned territory, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work weekends as required.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
