We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets of ₦10M.
• Manage sales pipelines across B2C, D2C, and B2B channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Oversee store operations, retail teams, and visual merchandising.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies.
• Leverage modern sales tools to track and improve performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales or commercial experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Experience across multiple sales channels and familiarity with modern sales tools.
• Finance background is an added advantage.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently.
