We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to oversee the daily operation, monitoring, performance, and availability of the organization's network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to NOC Engineers, Field Engineers, and Resident Engineers, ensuring that network incidents are detected, investigated, escalated, and resolved within agreed service levels.

• Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal performance.
• Lead and coordinate NOC operations across assigned shifts, ensuring effective incident detection, response, escalation, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex network faults involving LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and connectivity infrastructure.
• Analyze network alarms, alerts, logs, and performance metrics to identify potential faults and service degradation.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and Resident Engineers for on-site investigation and resolution of network incidents.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to maintain high operational standards.
