We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across desktop, web, and database platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Java Swing, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL, along with working knowledge of C++ and C# to support integration, maintenance, and enhancement of existing software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, contributing to system architecture decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications.
Key responsabilities
Application Development
· Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java 17 and Java Swing, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
· Develop reusable components, services, and libraries.
· Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integration services.
· Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant.
System Architecture & Design
· Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
· Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements.
· Define coding standards and best practices.
· Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives.
Database Management
· Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
· Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
· Ensure data integrity, security, and backup/recovery practices.
Cross-Technology Development
· Support, develop and maintain components written in C++ and C#.
· Develop integration points between legacy and modern applications.
· Troubleshoot issues across multiple technology stacks.
Quality & DevOps
· Write clean, maintainable, documented code.
· Conduct code reviews.
· Maintain automated tests.
· Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.
· Resolve production and performance issues.
Leadership & Collaboration
· Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and Business Analysts.
· Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews.
· Act as a technical subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Experience
· 5+ years of professional software development experience.
· Proven experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
