Al ENGINEER (Application Development Focus)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Al Engineer with a strong focus on application development to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and build intelligent, production-grade systems that power next-generation digital experiences. You'll work at the intersection of Al, software engineering, and scalable systems, developing robust applications using modern tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Description of Services
Design, develop, and deploy Al-powered applications and services
Build and integrate intelligent agents into production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Develop scalable APIs and backend services for Al-driven features
Optimize model performance, latency, and reliability in real-world applications
Work with cloud-native architectures and services within the Microsoft ecosystem
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best engineering practices
Required Qualifications
Strong professional experience in Python (must-have)
Proven experience building Al/ML-powered applications (not just research)
Solid understanding of software engineering principles (APIs, system design, testing, version control)
Experience working with LLMs, Al frameworks, or agent-based architectures
Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET integrations, or related services)
Familiarity with deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure Al services, OpenAl integrations, or similar platforms
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with data pipelines and real-time processing
Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks
Exposure to frontend frameworks or full-stack development
