CSA - KG Assistant Teacher
Purpose of Role
To support the KG Class Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students, assisting in academic activities, classroom management, and childcare as per early childhood education practices.

CSAKG Assistant Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the KG Class Teacher in conducting daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Support children in learning basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and rhymes.
- Help in classroom management, discipline, and smooth transitions between activities.
- Provide individual attention to students during classwork, playtime, and learning activities.
- Assist children with personal care needs such as hygiene, meals, and nap time.
- Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets, toys, and learning materials.
- Ensure child safety, cleanliness, and hygiene within the classroom always.
- Help in organizing celebrations, events, and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate observations about students’ behaviour and progress to the class teacher.
- Follow CBSE early childhood guidelines and school policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by school authorities.
