Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• To support the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• To conduct basic network administration tasks.
• To assist in managing and updating IT documentation and inventory.
• To assist and support in execution of IT projects and initiatives.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Candidate who is pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT programming or equivalent
• Minimum 3 months of internship period.

Experience:

• Candidate must possess basic knowledge of IT systems, networks and software.

Skills:

• Candidate with familiarity in Microsoft Office suite, programming language such as Java, SQL, JSON will have an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills..

Others:

• Candidate must be able to multi-task, well-organized, resourceful and demostrate positive attitude.
• Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
