Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support customer implementations by owning the technical execution and implementation readiness required for successful deployments. This role partners closely with Customer Success Leads (who own customer outcomes) and Onshore Program Managers (who own program governance), and serves as the day-to-day execution lead, interfacing with Data Science, Product, Application, QA, and Data Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role requiring strong ownership skills along with technical acumen, crisp communication, operational rigour, and a strong bias for execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and functional teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation execution for customer deployments, including implementation plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, product configuration, data readiness, release alignment, and cutover/readiness checkpoints.
• Act as the primary interface with Customer Success, Data Science, Application, and Data Engineering teams, coordinating sequencing, ownership, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Ensure customer requirements and agreements are converted into clear, execution-ready implementation plans, working closely with Customer Success to validate scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to increase delivery consistency, reduce cycle time, and improve execution predictability across deployments.
• Provide ongoing technical program management support for existing customers, including upgrades, integrations, and change requests.
• Track and share execution status, risks, and dependencies to relevant internal stakeholders, including Customer Success Leads, Onshore Program Managers, and the CS Ops team.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, best practices, playbooks, templates, and process improvements to enable scalable delivery.
• Ensure structured handoffs from delivery to steady-state support at defined milestones, including documentation readiness and clear ownership transitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, customer onboarding, implementation delivery, or a similar role in a SaaS/technology environment.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and/or working with enterprise clients.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and drive execution across APIs, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience coordinating work across engineering, data, and product teams.
• Strong understanding of Jira (or equivalent tools) and structured delivery tracking/reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with clear prioritisation and execution discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, including risk and dependency management.
• Certifications: Required: Agile Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM or equivalent).
• Optional: PMP (or equivalent).
