What you’ll do
As our Payroll Solutions Partner - ANZ, you’ll bring local payroll expertise and work across our HR Services network to deliver a seamless, high-quality payroll experience for our employees.
- Partner with our overseas payroll teams and local employees to manage payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner, with a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide trusted ANZ payroll expertise, ensuring employees and stakeholders receive accurate, clear and practical support.
- Build strong partnerships with ADP, HR, Finance and global service teams to deliver an effective and connected payroll experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to HR Services projects, system enhancements and knowledge sharing to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
Essential for the role
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll operations, legislation and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP Payroll solutions and SAP leave and payroll.
- Strong analytical capability and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering across HR, Finance, vendors and business teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive projects and system enhancements through to resolution.
