HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment as well as HR operations and will be responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer, selection, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment MIS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with payroll and other departments for employee-related processes.
• Address routine employee queries and provide HR support.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
