Ataraxis is a clinical AI research lab working at the intersection of multi-modal AI and precision medicine. Our goal is to make disease predictable. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for physicians, labs, hospitals, patients, and internal teams, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries via phone, email, or web.
Deliver an excellent customer experience by addressing questions about tests, services, billing, and order status with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.
Collaborate with Sales and clients to resolve missing or incomplete data, ensuring smooth ordering process and and timely delivery of test results.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all communications, actions, and follow-ups.
Research and resolve escalated issues, identify root causes, and communicate outcomes clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Stay knowledgeable about Ataraxis oncology tests, including sample requirements, workflows, and documentation needs.
Support process improvements and special projects that enhance efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
1-2+ years of client-facing or customer support experience, ideally within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare.
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and general data management or CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for physicians, patients, and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment and attention to detail.
Works effectively in cross-functional teams, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities and operational demands.
